"As a seasoned mental health professional, I understand the importance for a person to feel comfortable and supported in therapy. The video of my lobby is a glimpse into the calming and peaceful environment I’ve created to help you feel relaxed and at ease.
I believe that being a good therapist means truly listening, understanding your unique experiences, and offering a compassionate, empathic, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions.
Together, we’ll work to build resilience, develop coping strategies, and return a sense of balance and fulfillment in your life."

Feeling down, sad, or upset is normal. Feeling that way for several days or weeks on end and may be a sign of depression.
Anxiety, or fear and worry, can happen to anyone from time to time. But, chronic anxiety can be debilitating and lead to irrational thoughts and fears that interfere with your daily life.
Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) teaches people that while they cannot control every aspect of the world around them, they can take control of how they interpret and deal with things in their environment.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) combines CBT techniques with concepts of distress tolerance, acceptance, and mindful awareness largely derived from contemplative meditative practice.
Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations.
Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) uses CBT methods in collaboration with mindfulness meditative practices and similar psychological strategies.
